I can "backup" on my old computer, but when i want to transfer everything to the new one, it doesn't work. When I try to "restore", I get an error message, that starts with this sentence:

"It appears you have the incorrect restore directory." .............


How can i upgrade my pc and switch everything over, if it won't upload the files??? (btw, it looks like the files are saved in folder labeled files1, files 2, and files 3)
