what is my problem?

when i try to use ninja it loads good then it says i have a bad email.i checked it and it's the right account but still wont let me enter.

when i try getting on your system it used to say my e-mail address was bad now it wont let me get on it just shuts down.checked my address and it was right .i did get your last e-mail.

Ok, I've made an update to the software. Please try it now, and let me know whether it starts for you. Does it at least show the sweepstakes downloading? (i.e., 233/390, etc?)

i just tried signing on to ninja.it started to download the sweepstakes but it disconnected before it finished.

now when i try to log in it will start to download the sweeps but it does not finish it wont even let get the sweepstakes page!now may i have my money back since i have not been able to use the site properly?

Hmm. That is very strange.

Since it has worked, we can't refund it - however, I will try to do what I can to help you get it working. Because that is very strange.

Do you have a different computer you can try it on? (Also it is strange it seems e-mail correspondence doesn't work -- do you have a different e-mail address I can correspond back & forth with you?)
