Email Address Not Filling In

I notice in the She Knows sweepstakes, that the email address block is always empty. My personal info gets filled out fine, but email is always empty, at least in the .5 seconds I can see it in the preview window. How do I know if I'm entering successfully?

And yes, its filled out properly in my profile.

Hi,

Answering your questions... it actually does fill in. The software takes 'snapshots' of the form filling process. Otherwise, it would probably be 2x as slow. If it says 'success!', it is getting submitted.

My question is, are the only sweepstakes you get the ones without captchas unless you purchase the additional captcha service? Are you able to add sweeps with captcha's in the Your Sweepstakes category without buying the extra service? thanks for your help!

Hi,

"Some" of the regular sweepstakes do have CAPTCHA support. But for most -- yes, you do need to purchase the additional CAPTCHA support because we are charged for every CAPTCHA processed. (We license some of the technlogy from a3rd party company).
