getting spit out

i get 1 or 3 sweeps in my sweeps when i get a times out error and when i click on it to say OK so it will go on,(so i thot) IT KICKS ME OUT OF THE ENTIRE NINJA SITE. then i have to start all over and it occurs when the system is in the middle of entreing the sweeps so it looks like i cam entering some of them twice. please advise what i can do so this doesnt happen again thanks
