I never go the update that was mentioned about mark manual sweepstakes entered. So I'm not
sure why. I run the program daily - not sure what i need to do.

Hmm... ok, it might have been because it wasn't fully 'closed' when you ran it (i.e., you had another copy running).

Turn your computer off/on, & try starting it now and it should work a-ok.
