start up

start up

I click the icon it opens checks for updates then the update screen goes away and thats it no other screen comes on line and check the task manager and it isnt running

Try right clicking the icon and "run as administrator" in the menu. if no go post windows version and specs. could be antivirus/firewall software blocking it too.

I'm having the same problem today too, so I'm assuming it's a software issue. I sent Johnathan an email.

I had the same problem a few days ago. I reinstalled the software from the email they sent upon payment (I renew monthly) and it worked perfectly.
