Today the program gets half way thru the entries then it crashes. It has done it twice today. Never an issue before. :?: :?:

Hmmm...

Windows update... that's one of the reasons I recommend people don't do windows updates (they tend to "break" more programs than they fix)...

It sounds like windows has overwritten some core files, that is now causing it to crash... Only thing I can think of is doing a 'windows recovery' to the date before
you did the updates, then it should work a-ok... If you do a google search for "windows restore", you'll get a bunch of tutorials that should be able to help you
(i.e., http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/system-restore).

Hope that helps,

Thanks!

It worked two day fine without crashing but today it says it can not verify the licence and must close, also says make sure you are connected to internet.

hmm... the 'cannot connect to internet' -- that is the "new" update interfering with it... (itdoes that for a number of software packages...)

Can you 'roll back' the update, or do you have another computer for it?
