[FIXED!] - Problems- help!

I have had intermittent problems (more errors than successes) opening the software over the past few days. When I try to open the software it gives me an error saying it can not connect to the internet. I have tried opening it using the start menu as rather than the shortcut. I have uninstalled my Norton antivirus and have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the ninja software. Sometimes that works, sometimes that doesn't. I don't have any problems connecting to the internet when using the browsers or other shortcuts, just when trying to load Ninja. Figure somewhere there was an update that is causing the error.
