Tried everything-still not working

I have tried all of the suggestions in the FAQ about firewalls, Norton, making sure my computer is public, uninstalling, re-installing and nothing works. Somewhere an update occurred which made my program stop working and I don't know how to fix it! I have totally uninstalled all sweepstakes ninja files!
I guess the only thing left is to request a refund for my unused subscription.
