Does not save forms. Just continues to enter wrong info or leave blank

these sweeps and their sisters should all be easy to enter except your form filler enters the state in the zip instead of the zip code.

Save form doesnt help

i got it to work for me -

i deleted the wrong information that appeared in the field
then i right clicked - selected address - then zip code - then full zip code to set the field to correctly identify zip code
then 1 set the 3 questions from yes to no - then i right clicked and selected Custom/Personal Data - then
remember which checkbox/radio button you have selected

then I hit save form and
saved the sweep -

It works now for me as well as a couple of other similar sweeps - I was able to
add them to Fast Submission and it works perfectly.
