Sweepstakes Ninja | Winners List, Forums, + More!

I am a new user and very frustrated. Every time I run Sweepstakes Ninja when it gets to the MillionClub $1,000 Food Cash - Driscolls - Chocolate Covered Strawberries it stops working. At the top of my screen it says "not responding", I let it sit hoping it will start responding but it doesn't and then I have close out of everything and restart it. It's very frustrating. How can I fix this??? Thank you.

Jonathan, I understand I can do that, however, then it stops responding on another sweep. I've had this since May 4th and have nothing but problems, I've emailed you as well. It locks up every time I try to enter them ALL. It's useless to me if I can only check off a few at a time. I really need solutions.

Hi Paula,

Okay, a couple things.

1. Are you running Roboform at the same time? Tthat could be interfering. Please see here for details on what to do:

2. For sweepstakes that freeze,
a) Please let me know so I can look into them
b) You can either put a red 'x' next to them, or 'delete' them (by selecting them, then pressing the delete button).

I got your email and I did what you said, here it's now where it keeps locking and this morning couldn't enter any of them without it locking my computer up. It stops at PROCESSING and doesn't show me which one it locks up on. I honestly think it's the program....Earlier in the week if I picked like say 20 of them and entered them it did them, but it seems as though I should be able to click them all..accessrunway I think is one of them too that keeps locking up on me.

Hmm, that sounds really wierd, especially as you seem to be the only one that is experiencing this. (So I suspect you may have another program interfering with it).

Try doing a clean install. You'll have to re-enter your profile information, (including any of your own saved sweepstakes), etc, but do this.

a) Uninstall the software
b) Go to this directory (in Windows Explorer)
C:\Program Files (x86)\SweepstakesNinja\sweepstakesninja
And delete everything in that directory

Then, re-install the software using the link/license key info here (you'll need to enter your e-mail address to get the registration details):

Hopefully then everything should work a-ok.

I am having the same problem also but mine is hanging at a different millionaire sweep. It is happening all 4 profiles I use.

Which sweepstakes is that happening at?
