my program isn't opening up this afternoon- it worked this morning fine but this afternoon it's not:

Also, apparently some anti-virus programs will cause this to happen. (They do that for some programs). Please try turning them off (if you have them), then let me know if it starts.

It worked 2 days ago and I have done nothing to my computer. However, microsoft did do an update yesterday.

I open the program and this is what I get. it gets no further than this and it opens nothing.

I did a system restore back to 7/13 and it seems to have resolved itself. I'm going to assume that the error was a result of a windows update.

Ah....... ok, that's interesting.

What version of windows are you running?
