software do not fill out my profile (name, email address, etc) in much of the sweepstakes when they are running. please help

As for not filling out information -- please clarify which sweepstakes you are referring to.

Jonthan. the Ninja sweeptastakes does not fill out any needed questions like, your name, address, city state , zap code, birth date, everything a form would need. Lesa Raines - ldraines2010@hotmail.com

which sweepstake(s) are those for? while the software does work for the 'majority' of sweepstakes, sometimes there are 'special' sweepstakes that require special processing...
