[FIXED!] Software Not working

[FIXED!] Software Not working

I keep getting a message when I log on that my license key is being used on multiple computers and I only have the program
on my laptop - not on my desktop.
The program then disconnects and I'm not able to use it so I'm not sure what's going on.
